Register a US company: LLC (limited liability company) formation and registration in Wyoming, Delaware, Texas, or any other of the 50 states + DC, with registered agent service bundled for 12 months. Runs the whole business entity lifecycle programmatically: state documents and registered-agent mail as metadata and PDF scans, compliance deadlines and annual report filings, amendments, EIN, certificates of good standing, and dissolution. LLCs only today — corporations and other entity types are not yet offered. US-only (country is an explicit input). Long-running filings with push + email notifications. Registered office, permitted business-address use, state/legal mail scanning, and five ordinary-mail scans per service year are included; additional mail costs extra.
